Artkiv and all associated content, including but not limited to:

• The Artkiv mobile application (iOS and Android versions)
• The Artkiv name, logo, and brand identity
• All source code, software, and technical implementations
• User interface designs, graphics, and visual elements
• Website content, documentation, and marketing materials
• Icons, illustrations, and artwork used within the app and website

are the exclusive intellectual property of Andrea Zanini and are protected by international copyright laws, trademark laws, and other intellectual property rights.

2. Trademark Information

The following are trademarks or registered trademarks of Andrea Zanini:

• Artkiv™ - The application name
• Artkiv Logo - The application icon and brand mark
• "Archive Your Collections, Amplify Your Business" - The application tagline

These trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Andrea Zanini.

3. Permitted Use

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to:

• Download and use the Artkiv application for personal or internal business purposes
• Share links to the Artkiv website and app store listings
• Reference Artkiv in reviews, articles, and editorial content
• Use screenshots of the app for non-commercial review purposes

4. Prohibited Use

Without express written permission from Andrea Zanini, you may NOT:

• Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on Artkiv
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Artkiv software
• Use the Artkiv name, logo, or trademarks for any commercial purpose
• Imply endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation with Artkiv

• Use any Artkiv content in a manner that is misleading, defamatory, or harmful
• Reproduce significant portions of the website content
• Use automated tools to scrape, copy, or extract content from Artkiv

5. User-Generated Content

Artkiv users retain full ownership of all content they create, upload, or store within the application, including:

• Item images and photographs
• Descriptions, notes, and metadata
• Transaction records and financial data
• Tags, categories, and organizational structures

Artkiv does not claim any ownership rights to user content. Since all user data is stored locally on the user's device and is never transmitted to our servers, we have no access to or control over user content.

6. Third-Party Content

Artkiv may include or display content from third parties, including:

• Advertisements served through Google AdMob
• Open-source software libraries and frameworks
• Icons and design elements from licensed sources

Such third-party content remains the property of its respective owners and is subject to their own licensing terms and copyright protections.
